Lee Enterprises is looking for a Client Experience Manager to join our growing sales team. If you are a self-starter who thrives in keeping things organized, have great communication skills and the ability to employ creative thinking skills, this is the job for you!
This position will work closely with the National Sales Team and serve as the internal lead from initial kick off through to final delivery of projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope/project.
Responsibilities of the Client Experience Manager include, but are not limited to:
Lead ideation for specific customers and categories, utilizing all tools and products to develop solutions to meet customer needs. 
Create sales presentations, primarily Power Point, that represent the solution details for the customer’s understanding. 
Utilize research and data to drive ideas. 
Oversee B2B marketing efforts, specifically email marketing to prospective customers.  Create messaging, follow up plan and consistent marketing timeline.
Work with internal stakeholders to manage project flow and deliver on time and to expectations. 
Facilitate ongoing, timely, and accurate communication to all necessary parties (internally and externally) while proactively offering guidance and expertise to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.  
Act as liaison between internal parties and all fulfillment parties to ensure seamless project handoff and transitions from project build through to ongoing management.
Participate in internal and external meetings as necessary, bringing subject matter expertise to conversations about project delivery, capabilities, timelines, and more.
Additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs.

Stay up-to-date and maintain a thorough understanding of marketing industry news and advancements, consumer trends, marketing and advertising best practices, advertising platforms and features, and internal product and service offerings.
Approach all situations with a ‘can-do’ attitude and aim to find solutions in areas of challenge.
Maintain exceptional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
Respond to requests and communication with a response or confirmation receipt within turnaround times provided by leadership. 
Maintain the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

3 years’ Experience of related professional experience
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Functional knowledge/skills:
  • PowerPoint - Mastery
  • Excel - Proficiency
