Amplified Digital, a Digital Marketing Agency serving businesses nationwide, is quickly becoming known for creating integrated digital solutions that deliver what clients value most: meaningful, positive and measurable impact on the performance of their organizations. We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our website development and project management team, and serve in a key role to aid our company in providing an exceptional client experience.
 

Amplified’s website Project Managers work closely with Account Managers, Campaign Strategists, Developers, and Clients to coordinate and manage our client’s digital presence services, including (but not limited to) website development, search optimization, email and mobile app development, managing and contributing to projects and proposals, while supporting successful implementation. Qualified candidates will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, the ability to work in a high-volume, rapidly paced environment, and be a self-starter with industry experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Initial consultation and requirements analysis with Account Managers, preparing project statements/scopes of work, budgets and timelines, and workflow with Digital Marketing Managers, Strategists, creative teams, external partners, development team and the client
  • Understand, adhere to, and uphold project scope and workflow processes, including project quoting, initiation and kickoff, collaboration, approvals, production and ongoing management
  • Prepare and/or review project scope of work and quoting documentation, including specific elements such as functional requirements, to ensure digital submissions are prepared correctly
  • Source and coordinate the efforts of third-party vendors, creating and managing budgets and ensuring that proposed projects and creative concepts can be produced within specified timeframes and budgets
  • Act as the internal lead from initial kick off through to final delivery of projects
  • Act as a liaison between internal parties and 3rd parties to ensure seamless project handoff and transitions from project build through to ongoing management
  • Facilitate ongoing, timely and accurate communications to ensure all projects are completed on time and within scope/budget
  • Serve as the glue at the center of a cross-functional agency team including account management, creative, strategy, analytics and development
  • Provide exceptional production management and quality assurance skills; must thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment, be a self-starter with strong multi-tasking abilities, and have meticulous attention to detail
  • Proactively offer guidance and expertise to internal teams, account managers, and clients, ensuring campaign success and client satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot issues related to projects including process, delivery, communication and quality issues

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or Business or equivalent related experience
  • 2+ years of experience in an agency environment
  • Excellent communications skills Basic HTML knowledge and WordPress or Shopify experience a plus
  • Knowledge of on-page Search Engine Optimization tactics
  • Experience with PM tools such as Trello, Click Up, Asana, Monday, or Basecamp
  • Highly organized, comfortable in a high-visibility role
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organization skills
  • Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details
  • Problem solver with a consultative approach
  • Self-starter with ability to seek out solutions and ask for help when needed
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
