Pay: $36,500 a year (Salary)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Occasional week nights/weekend work)

Location: Mesa

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Timely analysis, preparation and filing of all contract compliance reports with specific duties pursuant to the contract requirements of the State of Arizona, the City of Mesa and the federal government.  
  • Direct assistance to clients including, but not necessarily limited to, all items described in the agency’s project manual for establishing Individual Development Account programs including an ongoing effort to improve these materials. 
  • Management and marketing of the agency’s asset programs including but not limited to IDA programs. 
  • Identifying, marketing & assisting to secure additional IDA partners in Maricopa County and State. 
  • Keeping informed of research, trends and best practice methods for asset development. 
  • Facilitate all IDA related meetings including those conducted by the federal government as part of the administration of the Assets for Independence Act federal funding. 
  • Partners with other agencies, both for profit and not for profit, to expand and develop the department’s markets. 
  • Supervises and evaluates any volunteers associated with the tasks of the department. 
  • Evaluates and recommends improvement and changes to the department to continually expand and improve the services rendered. 


  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate’s degree or higher required 
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, both verbally and in writing
