What You’ll Do:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lead Core Person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory control of cores within the diesel engine industry. Your primary duties will include receiving defective parts, conducting thorough inspections of cores, processing core credits, and ensuring efficient inventory management practices.

Job Duties

• Receive defective parts from Front and Back Counter personnel promptly and accurately.
• Conduct detailed inspections of cores according to established criteria, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Process core credits meticulously by matching and reconciling them to the core schedule.
• Monitor Return Good Memos (RGMs) to guarantee timely and accurate credit application.

Job Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in parts and core management.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in database management.
• Demonstrated clerical, word processing, and/or office skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Open to training in operating a forklift.

Physical Requirements: 

• Must be able to pass post offer drug test, physical and lift.

Compensation:

• $20-$25 hourly depending on experience and qualifications
• Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
