What You’ll Do:
The Regional Fleet Manager oversees and manages a region of company's fleet of vehicles efficiently and effectively. Region fleet managers are responsible for a range of tasks related to overseeing a region’s policy compliance and P&L reporting as it relates to the region’s fleet. Develop and implement vehicle and equipment specifications and cost management programs for the region. The Regional Fleet Manager analyzes expenses related to vehicle operations and maintenance. Other responsibilities will include:

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for management duties related to assigned clients region vehicle fleet program and enforcement of fleet policy to ensure the efficient and effective use of company and customer owned equipment.  
  • In consultation with the clients and fleet managers, initiates, monitors, and recommends adjustments to the client’s fleet policy to reduce the client’s liability, exposure and follows industry best practice. This includes acquisition maintenance and remarketing as determined by cost and effective life cycle analysis.
  • Escalation contacts for client’s and fleet managers who have company provided vehicles (leased or owned) in matters related to the administration of the fleet policy.  
  • Knowledge of, and advises clients on, fleet specific regulatory matters and related fleet compliance. Region Fleet managers often work closely with various departments within the company and client’s organization to ensure the fleet's smooth operation and alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

 

Job Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years in fleet management industry
  • Minimum of 7 years managing a P&L role
  • Strong capabilities to effectively consult, influence, negotiate and lead change.  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential.  
  • Demonstrated success in juggling competing priorities and tasks.
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools, Excel, and data mining skills.
  • Talent development is key in this role.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Physical Requirements:  

 

  • Must be able to complete and pass post offer drug screen and background check

 

Compensation:

  • $110K-160K/annual salary based on skills and experience.
