Description:
Provides guest service and frontline support for customers. Safely conducts informational tours of Kualoa Ranch property for customers while at Secret Island utilizing necessary safety equipment and instruction. Serves as an ambassador of Hawaii and Kualoa by representing the company and promoting company values and its brand image.

Minimum Qualifications:
Strong swimming ability. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Adept at maintaining a positive and professional attitude with guests. Able to lift/carry 70 lb and be comfortable with all weather conditions. High school diploma or equivalent required. CPR/first aid certification preferred. Valid drivers license with good driving record preferred.

Schedule:
Full Time. Open availability including weekends and holidays required.
