Kindeva Drug Delivery

ROLE SUMMARY

The TDD Technician Trainer is responsible for developing and managing the training for TDD Converting Technicians. Leveraging their experience as a TDD Converting Technician SME, they will coordinate, oversee, & provide training plans to ensure TDD Converting Technicians meet their training requirements.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • SMEon all Converting and Packaging equipment parts installations, change-over and set-up operations
  • Responsible for training new employees and maintaining the training status of current employees.
  • Required to work off-shifts in support of department training and qualification needs.
  • Must be efficient in the serialization process.
  • Must attend ongoing trainer meetings and complete the trainer development program.
  • Must be able to collaborate with other employees as a team member.
  • Evaluate and Qualify trainees and re-certify existing employees. Re-train and evaluate underqualified employees.
  • Maintain In-process training and qualification.
  • Provide support and communication to the shift supervisor on trainees’ progress throughout qualification, and re-qualification process.
  • Maintain production skill sets by relieving lines and working with engineering on continuous process improvements.
  • Take ownership for running a safe operation.
  • Follows procedure for Vorne usage on the line.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school education or equivalent. Applicants with college education or technical certification preferred.
  • Experience working in a GMP, OSHA, FDA regulated industry preferred.
  • MS Suite experience preferred (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and through written transmission.
  • Must be able to lift up to (65) pounds unassisted
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time while working
