Project Coordinator (Remote)

KI has an immediate opening for an Installation Coordinator in our OEI Federal Government Division.  This is a remote position that can be based out of Baltimore, Maryland area. 

This position supports all facets of our furniture installation projects including, but not limited to, providing quotes, scheduling and managing new installations and go backs, ordering replacement products and reaching out to customers and installers to resolve issues and problems.

We are looking for an organized self-starter who can work independently, multi-task and able to prioritize duties effectively.  A minimum of 2 years in a customer service or similar role is required.  You must be flexible to travel up to 25% throughout the territory.
