KI has an immediate opening for a Plant Facilities Manager at our Green Bay Manufacturing Facility.


Our Plant Facilities Manager’s primary responsibilities include preventative and predictive maintenance planning along with analyzing current facilities and equipment determining needed installations, services, and repairs.This position will work with our internal safety team and external environmental consultant to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal requirements.Our Facility Manager will coordinate the install of all capital expenditures including new equipment and processes and executes facility layout changes.The position will direct our maintenance and janitorial team across 3 shifts while providing assignments, analyzing performance, and developing schedules.


Candidates with an Associates Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field in combination with 2 or more years of equipment and building maintenance experience are preferred.
