2nd Shift Stock Clerk/CDL Driver (Class B with Air Brake Endorsement)

Title: CDL / Warehouse Stock Clerk II

Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Department: Logistics

Supervises: N/A

Organizational Relationships:

Operations, Planning, Customer Service, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Finance and Quality organizations.

Basic Function:

Entry level position that is expected to become a stock Clerk A within 12 months. Responsible for transporting materials between facilities to support scheduled production. Driving all kdc/one vehicles in a safe and responsible manner. Unloading and loading trucks as required with forklift and/or a standup lift. Transacting material from location to location utilizing RF Gun or system transaction screen. Works closely with Operations, Planning, Customer Service, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Finance and Quality organizations. S/He is expected to take direction from Supervisor(s) and Leads to provide timely delivery of materials to operations and manage inventory with a high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities:

1.Assists in locating materials into rack locations once off-loaded from truck.

2. Assists on dock to unload any inbound trucks as well as small package deliveries.

3.Delivers components to designated location per request.

4.Utilizes RF Gun or System to transact material movements.

5. Maintains daily safety checklist for lift equipment.

6.Assist with Pull and prep materials for shipment (PKs) or return to customer.

7. Maintain the dock area in a clean, organized and safe manner.

8. Assist in all cycle counts and maintaining the inventory locations s PR locations for inventory accuracy.

Qualifications:

1. Driving and Warehouse experience required.

2.Must read / write English.

3. Must work well with addition/subtraction/multiplication and division.

4.Must be capable of obtaining a license for forklift and deep reach lift trucks.

5. Able to perform physical inventory of components.

6. Possess a current and valid CDL Driver License and Current DOT physical Card.
