Position Profile: Staffing Manager-Stadium Operations
Department:          Administration 
Reports to: Executive Vice President of Administration  
Status:          Full Time, Salaried-Exempt  

JOB SUMMARY: Support stadium operations staffing initiatives and troubleshoot employee relations and ongoing Stadium Operations people initiatives.  
 
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
 
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with stadium operations staffing needs.
  • Assist with selection and scheduling interviews
  • Assist with onboarding process, keys, badge, uniforms etc.
  • Schedule new hire training on operations equipment 
  • Develop effective departure process to ensure all Chiefs equipment and articles are returned in a timely manner upon employee departure. 
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues related to the SEIU collective bargaining agreement and/or discipline concerns. 
  •  Maintain complete and thorough understanding of existing SEIU collective bargaining agreement. 
3. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and training of stadium operations personnel. 
 
4. Monitor overall staffing levels, including assisting with staffing level reporting and game day staffing allocations. 
 
5. Oversee and support an end of season performance appraisal system.
 
6. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs for stadium operations leadership.
 
7. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics for Stadium Operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: 
  • Undergraduate degree in Business or related field. 
  • 2-4 years’ experience in Human Resources related fields; recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration and reporting.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite products.
