Savvas Learning Company is seeking a modern marketer to develop, manage, and implement integrated campaigns for a new effort focused on growing our customer base for supplemental learning solutions using a digitally focused strategy. The role will use owned and paid media channels to build awareness, drive potential new customers to unique digital experiences, and nurture them through the marketing funnel.

 

This is a key strategic role responsible for building aggressive, measurable, integrated campaigns that align with business priorities and provide additional focus for regional/local market opportunities. This person will partner with Sales, Product Management and Marketing, Creative Services and other Corporate Marketing teams to build end-to-end client journeys that will help to drive awareness with new customers and nurture them through the funnel to purchase. The role will work with Marketing Analytics, Operations and Finance teams to set objectives, measure ongoing results, and report progress to stakeholders.

 

The successful candidate will have a proven record of driving new customer acquisition programs as well as leading and collaborating across functional teams to drive decisions and deliver on business objectives.

 

Responsibilities

·      Partner with the supplemental inside sales team and product line management to develop a new customer acquisition strategy to differentiate Savvas in the K-12 education marketplace for supplemental learning solutions and deliver business growth goals.

·      Use a data-driven, customer segmentation approach to build region-specific campaigns that leverage multiple lead generation tactics and marketing channels.

·      Develop end-to-end digital customer experiences to drive acquisition targets further down the funnel with input and alignment from key functional leaders.

·      Develop a deep understanding of client journeys to conversion.

·      Own and derive business insights from marketing analytics and functional KPIs.

·      Analyze and report on marketing campaigns using applicable metrics and manage creative messaging to optimize future performance.

·      Manage multiple initiatives to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·      Identify key industry associations and regional/state organizations that can influence decisions and develop relationships for thought leadership opportunities.

·      Cultivate relationships with internal business partners to drive support, understanding and collaboration on marketing efforts

·      Develop, publish, and maintain a marketing calendar for all stakeholders.

Requirements

·      Bachelor’s Degree

·      7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, media, and communications with a proven track record of growing new customer acquisition programs

·      5+ years of campaign management experience

·       5+ years of digital marketing experience – including email, SEO, social, and paid media

·      Experience in customer segmentation strategy

·      Strategic thinker with an ability to create innovative strategies and plans at scale

·      Strong business acumen and an analytical mind who can operationalize the strategy effectively

·      Track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional levels of success

·       Demonstrated attention to detail within context of campaign and creative development

·       Strong collaboration skills in a highly matrixed organization environment

·       Self-starter, able to work independently, but also as part of a wider organization

·       Outstanding communication skills (persuasive written, oral, and presentation skills)

·       High level of proficiency with G-suite, Pardot and Salesforce.

·       Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experiences

Preferred Qualifications:

·      MBA

·      Experience in the K-12 education industry highly desirable
