The Supply Chain Sr. Performance Measurement Analyst is responsible for supporting aggregate level operational and financial management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis for the Supply Chain organization (or sub-organization) to measure the health of the business relative to goals, targets, budgets and business controls.

Specific duties will include compilation of the annual budget, monthly & quarterly forecasts, daily/monthly reporting packages, variance analysis, dashboard reporting, projects, and ad-hoc analysis to provide decision support for senior leadership. This position has high visibility across multiple departments within the company to consolidate numerous data points, analyze and review inputs, and subsequently deliver clear and concise leading data and analytical information to empower leadership to make critical strategic decisions


  • Development of the annual purchase budget as well as periodic forecasts related to key operational and financial data such as revenue, cost of goods sold, manufacturing purchases, inventory levels, obsolescence, warehousing, transportation, samples, etc.
  • Measurement of daily, monthly, and quarterly supply chain process results.
  • Create complex analysis that summarizes primary drivers of change related to volume, rate, & mix.
  • Reconcile and align the operational supply chain data to financial results.
  • Analyze, assign appropriate status and summarize aggregate customer open order data to provide supply chain visibility and organizational alignment.
  • Measurement, monitoring and presentation of key performance indicators relative to Supply chain goals, targets, budgets, trends and business controls to assist the team with reaching or beating expectations.
  • Creation of new metrics and scorecards through collecting, analyzing data and identifying trends.
  • Measurement and alignment of aggregate demand, supply and procurement plans in relation to other departments while focusing on balancing cost, inventory levels, obsolescence and customer fill rates.
  • Analyze, forecast and align organization in relation to supply chain cost pressure impacts on profitability and planned operational and financial results.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management
  • A combination of the following related areas to equal 5+ years of experience in Finance, Data Analysis, Supply Chain Operations focusing on budgeting, planning, forecasting, reporting, modeling and measurement
  • Advanced skills and experience in MS Office Suite, including demonstrated use of Excel in a professional environment (use of pivot tables, vLookup function, and other Excel functions and modeling tools) as well as proficiency in Access, PowerPoint, & Word
  • Demonstrate a keen understanding of end-to-end business processes
  • Understanding of variance analysis and performance monitoring o Basic knowledge of the fundamental rules and guidelines within accounting principles.
  • Ability to summarize clearly and concisely analysis results, and the ability to explain the meaning and implications in varying levels of detail depending on the audience
  • Analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strict attention to detail and intensity around consistently delivering high quality outputs o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-Motivated / driven to develop skillset 
  • Ability to think outside of the box and desire to continuously improve
  • Presentation/facilitation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and good collaboration with multiple stakeholders both within and across functions as well as outside of the organization with suppliers and partners.
