Automotive Detailer Responsibilities

  • Perform final vehicle detail and prep for customer delivery.
  • Clean and remove all glue and over-spray from interior, door jambs, and door panels.
  • Clean all glass inside and out.
  • Remove all grease, pencil, and chalk marks from interior surface.
  • Ensure cleanliness of interior and exterior of vehicles
  • Install interior accessories such as floor mats, hood pads, ect as required.
  • Ensure labels, emblems and other final elements are installed correctly according to specs.

 

Automotive Detailer Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must demonstrate ability to follow safe work practices

Automotive Detailer Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position, such as standing for an extended amount of time
  • Must be able to move about the production floor, ascending/descending ladders, or other equipment
  • Constantly moving, stopping, kneeling, crouching, bending, reaching, and/or crawling
  • Must be able to observe and inspect materials and equipment
  • Frequently moves materials and equipment weighing up to 50lbs
  • Occasionally works in cold or hot temperatures
