ABOUT THE JOB 

The Jewish Board is currently seeking a Strategic Planning Manager to carry out projects and provide staff support to the Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer.  The Manager will be a systems thinker who can work effectively with teams across the agency, the Board of Trustees, and with outside entities.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and delivering presentations, analyzing data, interviewing stakeholders, convening focus groups, and participating in program development; Review RFPs and participate in proposal developments
  • Performing data analysis and working collaboratively with other Agency data analysts; Utilizing a range of internal and external data sources, tracking and trending agency performance against internal and external benchmarks
  • Supporting Program and other Department leaders in the organization regarding strategic thinking and strategic planning; Identifying and assessing opportunities for organizational growth, including mergers/acquisitions, collaborations, and new programs, etc. 
  • Coordinating/monitoring consultant work, as well as other partners of the Strategy & Innovation Office
  • Other duties as assigned

TO QUALIFY:

The Jewish Board is currently looking for qualified individuals of all cultures, religions, races, and gender expressions with the following requirements:

  • A Master’s Degree (MPA, MBA, MPH, etc.), with relevant experience/familiarity with behavioral health and/or social services, social determinants of health, organization and financing of health and social services, and a commitment to equity and inclusion
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills; Excellent communication & organizational skills
