How you can make a bigger difference: 

Reporting to the Deputy Chief People Officer (CPO) the HR Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day to day business operations of the HR department. They are mainly responsible for:

  • Providing high-level executive administrative support to the CPO
  • Providing clerical, administrative, and solution oriented support to the HR team as needed with the support of the HR Assistant.  
  • Identifying and managing the right priorities and processes to ensure our team has what they need to seamlessly serve the needs of our clients. 
  • Managing and reconciling the CPO’s credit card ensuring that appropriate general ledger and location is charged and all receipts are submitted
  • Maintaining confidential employee files and records in accordance with legal requirements and agency policies and procedures; perform HR file audits as needed 
  • Managing agency-wide programs for Employee Referral Bonus, Damaged Property Reimbursement, and Tuition Assistant, ensuring all criteria are met and payment requests are issued to Payroll


  • BA/BS preferred; HS Diploma/GED required 
  • Highly adept at MS Office and database management
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
  • Solution Focused
  • Administrative writing and reporting skills
