The Cash Program Manager is responsible for the FDIC-insured sweep program and money market fund menu. This individual will serve as the project manager for our sweep program and subject matter expert on ultrashort and cash alternative solutions.


  • Work with our sweep program providers to evaluate current balances, track onboarding and departing banks, and create a project plan to ensure we deliver on our FDIC insured sweep program.
  • Assess the sweep program to ensure balances are being allocated as outlined by the program.
  • Develop a plan for upcoming changes to interest rates and determining how rate changes should impact the sweep program.
  • Draft, review, and evaluate client communication around our sweep program including disclosures, NRLs, and statement language.
  • Collaborate with Legal/Compliance, Finance, and IT to continually improve and enhance the FDIC-insured sweep program.
  • Lead cross functional projects and meetings to enhance the sweep program.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external partners and peers.
  • Participate in relevant industry events such as SIFMA Roundtable meetings.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Direct experience with FDIC-insured sweep programs at broker/dealers.
  • Experience communicating with financial advisors.
  • Familiarity with money market funds and ultrashort/cash alternative fund solutions.
  • A strong skillset in Excel and the ability to handle significant data with accuracy.
  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65) required.

This role will be hybrid, the individual will work approximately three days per week in-office. Individuals hired to work for a team/manager based in our Philadelphia Corporate Headquarters will be required to show proof of vaccination per our Philadelphia Corporate Headquarters’ policy.
