The Computer Vision / Image Processing Engineer will develop and design Computer Vision and/or Machine Learning applications for intelligent transportation system.


 

What you will be doing:

  • Design and implement real time computer vision and/or machine learning algorithms for intelligent transportation system
  • Apply deep learning models to edge processing devices
  • Custom training and optimization of artificial intelligence (AI) models to achieve better performance and faster throughput
  • Analyze videos and images to improve algorithm performance
  • Algorithm performance testing on the bench and in the field
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams


What you need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school) Required, Field of Study:  Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field desired
  • Certifications: Deep Learning Nanodegree Program (Udacity), Machine Learning (Coursera)
  • Five (5) years of experience of image processing and computer vision techniques
  • Three (3) years of experience working on Deep Learning
  • Three (3) years of experience in working with embedded processors
  • Two (2) years of experience in algorithm development
  • Two (2) years of experience in working on computer vision applications
  • Minimum one (1) year experience of deep learning/machine learning (neural networks)
  • Programming Skills: C/C++, Python, Matlab
  • Tools, Frameworks (has used or has some knowledge of): TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV
