Location: Any Upstate HB Office - Required to work in the office at least 3 days per week

Do you have help desk technician experience troubleshooting both hardware and software issues? The Help Desk Technicians at Harris Beach provide technical support to users across the entire firm. The IT department is in search of a highly motivated, self-starter to join their team! You will THRIVE in this role if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in an IT capacity delivering network, customer, and systems support
  • Associate’s degree or Certification in IT/Computer Science preferred
  • Experience with Windows, Windows Server, and Office
  • Experience with Citrix or other remote access technology preferred
  • Excellent client service and listening skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask

The team is in search of a dynamic individual that can complete competing tasks while in a high-volume, fast paced work environment. Do you have the DRIVE and DESIRE to:

  • Interact and partner with attorneys and staff across all offices to resolve issues and improve policies and procedures
  • Assist end users with software issues ranging from basic, entry-level questions to error troubleshooting and resolution
  • Provide technical support to end users by phone, at desk-side, and in writing
  • Review, analyze, and modify varied hardware and software systems in a fast paced environment to support the evolving needs of the firm
  • Configure, install, test, and deploy systems to end users as needed to support organization
  • Provide server and network troubleshooting and support individually and with senior team members to resolve system wide issues
  • Identify, recommend, and respond to equipment needs and changes
  • Participate in Firm-wide initiatives which may include legal project management, records management, SharePoint integration, hardware refresh and software updates
