Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals according to the recipes under the direction from the Executive Chef
  • Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

Experience:

  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology preferred.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Skills:

  • Meal preparation.
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and food service procedures
  • Food preparation techniques, basic knife skills.
  • Catering experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of food safety guidelines and regulations.

Part-time and full-time available.
