Adventure Programs Coordinator

The Adventure Coordinator is responsible for the daily oversight of our Climbing Gym, leading a small staff team to help engage our members in climbing gym programs and free climb times. Additionally, the Adventure Coordinator manages multiple weeks of specialty summer camps during the camp season. This is a hands-on role that includes regular climbing class instruction and coverage of class vacancies. 

This is a growth position, with a lot of opportunity for additional hours through the introduction of outdoor adventure programs and excursions that we don't currently have in place.

This position pays $15-17 per hour based on experience, for approximately 15-20 variable weekly hours. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of climbing instruction experience, and must be available for some evenings and weekends.
