The Customer Service Ambassador will serve as a courteous and professional first point of contact at lobby front desk for all guests.  The Customer Service Ambassador is responsible to complete service tasks that ensure customers have the information and assistance they need to maintain the company’s positive reputation.  

They will take pride in serving others and delivering a caring and professional experience for our resent, out client-owners, and our fellow team members.

Job Duties Include:

  • Assist with special projects that help build and maintain long-term relationships with residents.  
  • Coordinates incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries for the businesses in the building. 
  • Must be able to evaluate, research and problem solve in a timely manner 
  • Ensuring compliance with all Fair Housing and EPA laws and regulations as well as government programs.  
  • Maintain absolute discretion regarding activities, interactions and personal data related to residents and their guests. 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, manage time, as well as possess an orientation toward details.  
  • Must maintain positive and friendly energy during moments of conflict resolution and customer concerns. 

Experience and Education:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Prompt and regular attendance required. 
  • Familiar with federal, state, and jurisdictional laws and regulations concerning multi-family housing, Fair Housing, and team member safety. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, Microsoft Suite preferred.
