This role is largely about leadership!

As a Regional Manager, you will tap into your passion for developing and leading teams to bring our mission of creating a better living for our resident, team members and client-owners to life every single day. You will lead your team through being a coachmentor, and talent developer, with the focus on providing an exceptional service experience to internal and external customers, delivering results with outstanding customer satisfaction, increased resident retention, and consistent high-level operational results!

Starting salary at $70,000+ based on experience.

We are looking for great candidates with:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience directly or indirectly leading a team of 20+ team members.
  • Previous management experience, including training and coaching, oversight of financial and/or back-end operations, and building and maintaining budgets within a service or sales industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in property management in a multi-family environment preferred.
  • Ability to lead through complex customer and team member situations through the use effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum High School or GED. Four-year degree in business or related subject preferred; or two to four years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, , Power BI and Yardi, etc. 
  • Willingness to work extended hours in a demanding and sometimes stressful environment. Evening and weekend work is required at times, most often at the beginning and end of each month due to business operational cycle
  • Demonstrated ability to train and develop team members.
