Support Specialist

Our Support Specialists Schedule:

· 1st Shift - Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:15pm

Position Details:

· Back-up to shift supervisor - fulfillment in activities regarding managing fulfillment personnel and projects when shift supervisor is unavailable.   
· Assist in Line Set-ups. Assist in 1st Articles.
· Participate in leading Fulfillment Team to ensure Safety, Quality and Productivity processes are followed.
· Assist in Project Reconciliation in Nulogy.
· Maintain committed focus and execution of Continuous Improvement objectives as determined by the Fulfillment Supervisor.

Expectations:
To be successful your teammates will depend on you to have pride in your work, be on time, work safely, work effectively with others, be optimistic, take ownership of your responsibilities, and look for continuous improvement opportunities. 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Computer skills and 1-3 years of leadership experience preferred.
