Job Summary:
Exciting career working on large Precast concrete buildings, structures and projects.  Example projects include high-rise buildings, stadiums, air traffic control towers, University buildings, museums and hospitals.   
The BIM Modeler will have responsibilities, which will include, modeling the project in Revit, detailing shop tickets & hardware drawings for production, and producing erection drawings to build the structure along with other details using 3D BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Responsible for the design and managing of architectural precast projects, structural precast projects and also a new and upcoming GateLite product. 
  • Proficiency in 3D BIM modeling with a specific emphasis in Revit
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Ensure integrity/quality of the models
  • Basic knowledge of construction methods
  • Familiarity with conventionally reinforced or prestressed concrete
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Applicant must be detailed-oriented, driven, focused and able to work alone or within a team setting.
Education Requirements:
  • AAS Degree from an accredited Drafting and Design Program is desired or equivalent work experience, training, and education
