Job Summary

• Previous experience with and knowledge of hot and cold food preparation.
• Must be able to receive and follow directions.
• Prepares all food according to standard recipes and specifications to ensure a high quality product is served to guests. 
• Properly keeps all refrigeration, storage and work areas in clean working condition to comply with Health Department and sanitation requirements.   
• Visually inspects areas to ensure that correct cleaning is done.
• Properly plates up all required menu items in an attractive manner to ensure guest satisfaction. 
• Properly presents buffet food in an attractive and proper manner.
