Starting Pay Rate $13.50

Summary: 
This position assists in all operational aspects of the Merchandise Department on an ongoing basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Meet and greet each guest
• Open and close assigned merchandise locations
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of facilities and grounds
• Insure work area is safe for staff and guests
• Operate point of sale equipment as required
• Maintain inventory levels in assigned location to prevent out of stock situations
• Complete merchandise transfer paperwork
• Maintain stock organization on all back stock areas
• Maintain highest level of guest satisfaction
• Maintain point of purchase displays at assigned locations

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• Must be sixteen (16) years of age or older
• Ability to work 5 days a week, including weekends
• Ability to operate basic office equipment

Education and/or Experience:
• Prior retail experience desirable
• Prior cash handling experience desirable
• Experience working independently
• Experience working courteously with the public

Physical Demands: 
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or or move up to 50 pounds.
