Manager, Vendor Enrollment Capacity Planning

The Corpay^ Vendor Enrollment Capacity Planning Manager is responsible for providing project management oversight for incoming and in-flight Customer campaigns.  The Manager will communicate expected timelines to internal stakeholders.  The Manager’s goal is to improve the customer experience by setting clear expectations for Vendor Enrollment deliverables.  The manager will participate in planning events and identify improvements to the team’s processes necessary to maximize enrollments, drive continuous improvement and identify cost savings.  The VE Capacity Planning Manager maintains real-time capacity reports and project summaries.  The manager will work with Vendor Enrollment leadership to establish capacity-oriented staffing models.
 
Core Responsibilities
 
Operates as the Vendor Enrollment subject matter expert on current team capacity and levers available to influence future capacity
Prepares and distributes reporting as necessary regarding Vendor Enrollment Capacity and Special Projects
Works with internal stakeholders to align organizational expectations
Identifies cross functional improvement opportunities in Vendor Enrollment processes minimizing delays associated with information handoffs and data constraints.
Identifies trends in incoming volume and works to mitigate expected volume spikes or unusual business / special project requests
Works with Business leaders to identify and communicate changes impacting capacity
Adheres to company policy and procedure

Project management expertise
High attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Strong customer service orientation 
Extensive experience with Microsoft productivity tools
Comfortable in dynamic organizations characterized by frequent change
Reacts quickly and calmly to resolve customer and or Stakeholder issues in a fast-paced environment
Excellent personal organization and cross-functional collaboration skills
Self-starter with a strong drive to leverage data to identify root causes of operational issues 
Adept at leading project focused continuous improvement meetings
Must be able to manage time effectively and work independently without direct supervision
  
Qualifications:
 
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field 
Minimum of 3 years project management experience required 
Personnel / team supervisory experience preferred
Experience developing and presenting project plans and project summaries
Experience developing financial and operational projection models preferred
