FLEETCOR is seeking to recruit a Vice President of Strategic Growth for the Lodging Division. The Strategy and Growth Initiatives team is vital to identifying and realizing Lodging’s growth strategy.

The Vice President, working out of FLEETCOR’s global headquarters in Atlanta, GA, will work directly with senior executives across the Lodging division and FLEETCOR’s other lines of business.

To monetize more spend occasions in our Lodging division and leverage our top position in the payments industry, it is vital to attract extraordinary people - individuals who possess an entrepreneurial spirit and are driven to solve business problems.

The Vice President will drive key product and revenue initiatives designed to grow our Beyond Lodging solutions business by double digits each year. The person for this role with be a self-starter with outstanding strategic vision, deep analytical capabilities, and a passion for problem solving.


  • Work with senior leadership to formulate a comprehensive and disciplined overarching strategy to achieve double digit top line growth for FLEETCOR’s Lodging division within the rapidly evolving business travel and payments universe
  • Identify priority areas of opportunity, and develop and implement strategic solutions and execution plans to capture the opportunities Plans to include entering into new market segments, launching new product offers, increasing revenue from existing customers through cross-sell and increasing share of wallet initiatives.
  • Lead work to outline the optimized approach using build / buy / partner growth strategies  
  • Use financial modelling and data/analytics to develop insights and identify incremental revenue opportunities
  • Partner with Corporate M&A team on deal due identification, due diligence and  execution, and led the post-merger integration and synergy execution workstreams  
  • Prepare concise and persuasive presentation materials and be comfortable leading discussions and working sessions with senior Executives from Lodging and other FLEETCOR businesses



  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or quantitative discipline with outstanding academic performance required
  • Travel / Hospitality industry experience highly desired
  • Previous experience in strategy consulting a plus, but not required
  • Experience leading growth projects that required regular interactions with C-level executives
  • Experience implementing process improvement initiatives for core processes requiring interaction and management of various teams
  • Excellent project management skills; demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects with limited management oversight, including timelines, tasks, teams, group dynamics, etc.
  • Strong analytical, financial modelling, and forecasting skills
  • Confident and independent self-starter
  • Has ability to strategize as well as execute
  • Outstanding written and oral communication and presentation skills
Holds themselves to a high standard and thrives in a demanding and high paced work environment
