Title: Senior Engagement Manager
Duties: The Senior Engagement Manager (Multiple Positions) at EXLService.com, LLC in New York, NY will head the delivery on specific client engagements, serving as primary day-to-day point of contact between project teams, EXL senior leadership and client stakeholders including senior management and C-level executives in the credit card and commercial lending industries. Advise client on all aspects of business functions, domains and services to capture requirements. Engage in business development activities by preparing pitch documents and presentation material for department and company. Develop business plans to enable successful execution of strategy. Utilize linkages and interdependence between various business processes to provide cutting edge solutions to win business. Analyze and break-down complex problems using quantitative analysis, data visualization, KPIs, scorecards and experimental test design. Communicate solutions and complex technical projects to senior-level audiences. Coach direct and indirect reports on personal growth and analytical skills via training on leading analytical tools and techniques including Hadoop, Hive, Python, R, SAS, Scala, Spark, and SQL. Create talent pipeline for the organization by participating in processes for identifying and developing talent within teams. Will work up to 100% at various and unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. Salary: $180,000 per year.
Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics or a related field plus 3 years of professional experience performing quantitative business analysis. Must have 3 years of experience with each of the following: 1) solution design, solution implementation and go-to-market strategy; and client management; 2) marketing, financial and risk analytics; 3) quantitative, mathematical, and statistical concepts, including hypothesis testing, supervised and unsupervised learning , variance & analysis of variance (ANOVA) and covariance (ANCOVA), bias, regression, knn, random forest, bagging, boosting, and design of experiments; 4) Data processing and advanced machine learning techniques, including , neural networks, Support Vector Machines, Ensemble Trees, Multi-class Classification, or time series analysis; 5) Hadoop, Hive, Python, R, SAS, Scala, Spark, and SQL; 6) Analysis of credit risk data from commercial credit bureaus and internal data sources, including financial statements, systems, and data management processes.
