Role and Responsibilities:
§ Manage and execute end-to-end multiple projects simultaneously, taking ownership, identifying, and filling gaps, all with minimal tactical oversight
§ Serve as a trusted partner to and project manager for the CDAO, extending his bandwidth, and ensuring focus on the highest priorities for the client and the CDAO
§ Partner and facilitate with the leadership team to develop and communicate operational vision, track projects, identify issues, and develop solutions
§ Create and project manage materials for key executive team meetings and off-sites
§ Draft, edit and organize presentations and correspondence on behalf of CDAO
§ Conduct research projects across a variety of topics, partnering closely with the Chief of Staff to the CDAO
§ Monitor industry news and specific client mentions to stay ahead of critical situations, key clients, and new business opportunities
§ “Manage the executive” by proactively identifying gaps and suggesting solutions to further augment the CEO/President
§ Build strong rapport with our leadership team and Executive suite, developing a sharp sense of timing and priorities
§ Handle confidential documents with discretion; facilitate and manage key documents across multiple workspaces that are crucial to our daily operations and contracting
§ Bachelor's Degree required. Master’s would be preferred
§ 4+ years of Project or Program Management experience, preferably in close collaboration with C-Suite or other executive stakeholders at a fast-paced agency or organization, or similar high-intensity experience
§ Ability to multitask in a busy environment
§ Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and project management apps/software
§ Exceedingly strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with a passion for distilling complex ideas into language that is easy to understand
§ Exhibits terrific work ethic, problem-solving abilities, and strong judgement
§ Must be detail oriented, quality driven, and able to shift quickly to new tasks
§ Prior work experience in Sports, Media & Entertainment industry and/or analytics consulting would be a plus
