Position: Bench Store Leader

Overview: Bench Store Leaders are experienced retail store managers who form an integral part of our management pipeline. They are poised to lead store operations effectively once a store becomes available.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall store operation, including sales performance and management of store personnel.
• Utilize company reports and tools to assess efficiency, analyze trends, and identify improvement opportunities in store performance.
• Responsible for interviewing, selecting, hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations of all team members.
• Act as the primary Manager on Duty, including opening and closing the store. In this role, ensure leadership and direction to teammates and maintain store, merchandising, and customer service standards. This includes merchandise presentation, signage, recovery, and cleanliness.

Job Specifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Four-year degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of retail management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and team-oriented thinking.
• Demonstrated visual merchandising skills are required.
