Easterseals NH services include early childhood centers of excellence, medical rehabilitation, camping and recreation, vocational services, senior services, substance use treatment, adult day programs, community-based services, individual service options, transportation services, residential service options, and veterans services.

We are seeking a Transportation Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! The individual in this key position will schedule appointments with new and existing clients while understanding the medical conditions and identifying special requirements necessary to ensure the highest vehicle safety standards.

 

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Input client data using the current scheduling system.
  • Communicate with dispatch and office personnel regarding scheduling issues and concerns, and maintain appropriate reports.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates to staff and employee personnel pertaining to changes in client capabilities and requirements.
  • Participate in regular quality control meetings. Communicate delivery system performance concerns and potential solutions for improvement.
  • Extract and manage scheduling information in order to place clients on time-efficient schedules.
  • Cross-train to learn and function in dispatch and operations.

 

Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or GED and related experience
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relate well with persons with disabilities, employees, contractors and general public
  • Professional demeanor and a warm, friendly, positive client service attitude
  • Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Office and HBSS applications preferred.
  • Have current or able to receive school bus certification
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance 

Hours:  7am - 1pm, 30 hours/week, full time. Potential to increase to 40 hours.

Compensation:  $18.50 / hour
