We are looking for caring, enthusiastic and energetic Lead Teachers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children! We have openings available in our Infant, Toddler and Preschool classrooms and our centers are National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) accredited.

As a Lead Teacher, you will develop and implement curriculum plans, provide age-appropriate instruction and supervision, interact with children in a nurturing and developmentally appropriate way, assure the supervision and safety of children, perform child observations and assessments and supervise Associate Teachers. This is a unique opportunity to become part of an interdisciplinary team that will deliver the best care and services possible to the children and families we serve.

This is the role for you if you have: 

  • Minimum Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, including a three (3) credit course in child growth & development
  • Knowledge of NAEYC standards and criteria
  • Prior experience working with young children
  • Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice and positive behavior intervention strategies in order to provide a nurturing environment for the families we serve

Hours: We can consider candidates interested in a full-time schedule (40 hour/week) OR part-time schedule (flexible hours). Program hours are Monday-Friday.

Compensation: Starting at $22 hourly. Additional compensation based on experience and education
