Corporate Travel Agent
BASIC PURPOSE:
The Corporate Travel Agent works closely with Sales and Credentialing teams across the Company to secure professional, accurate, cost-effective travel arrangements for both internal and external clients. Corporate Travel Agents provide a high level of support to traveling employees and Healthcare Providers, while managing costs and client billing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Make reservations for travel, including Air, Car & Hotel.
•Provide detailed fare quotes to recruiters and consultants.
•Manage client billing data and process payroll deductions.
•Resolve customer service issues for HCPs.
•Assist employees with changes to Concur Travel bookings.
•Enforces company-wide adherence to Travel & Entertainment Policy.
•Assist with meetings and surge events.
•Build relationships with vendors.
•Manages multiple initiatives simultaneously.
•Takes responsibility of other reasonable duties as assigned from time to time.
•All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the functions of the job.
•Five years’ experience with GDS, Worldspan preferred.
•Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
Required Skills
•Strong written and verbal communications skills.
•Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Internet search technology.
•Proficiency with travel agency GDS technology.
•Proficiency in US geography.
•Exceptional attention to detail and good organizational skills, ability to multi-task.
•Capacity for performing calculations with skill and accuracy.
•Proactive approach to problem solving, analytical mind.
•Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and with minimal supervision.
•Flexibility in responding to unanticipated situations.
•Self-Starter, excellent time management.
•Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership, strong sense of urgency, initiative, and drive.

Preferred Skills
•Experience with credit card program administration.
•Experience with Concur or other online booking tools.
•Experience with VIP Travelers.
