We partner with organizations to identify and recruit talented C-level executives, physician leaders, key members of senior management and academic medicine faculty.
The Associate Consultant role at Cejka Search requires excellent research, communication, and candidate assessment skills in order to qualify healthcare executive candidates for our clients.


•Independent research and identification of candidates for all executive searches assigned

•Review of resumes and CVs of interested candidates for fit with search criteria

•Telephone interviews and assessments of candidates meeting search criteria

•Written summaries of phone interviews (Intake) of candidates

•Formal written references of candidates after phone interview with candidates’ selected references

•Preparation of progress reports and candidate application reports

•Presentation of search updates to Engagement Managers and Search Consultants weekly either in person, by phone or by email

•Entering of all candidate information into proprietary database and ongoing update of candidates relative to interviews scheduled and candidate placements

•Provide appropriate team coverage (i.e. backup) when necessary

•Other duties as assigned, with or without accommodation


•A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred

•Prior healthcare experience and recruiting or consulting experience highly desired

•Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills to identify and interview healthcare executives

•Strong work ethic with results orientation

•Collaborative, team player

•Able to work independently

•Adaptability to change

•Able to multi-task

•Attention to details and timelines

•Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
