*Work from home: Qualified candidates must be able to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm PST or Sunday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm PST.

Pay rate: $18.50/hr.

 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:   

●      Serve as the point of contact for new hires current employees regarding compliance processes 

●      Ensure applicants are providing all required compliance documentation in a timely manner 

●      Review initial and ongoing LiveScan results

●      Ensure all permits, credentials and licenses are clear of issues and legally compliant during hiring process

●      Track and follow-up prior to expiration of permits, credentials and licenses to ensure ongoing compliance

●      Prepare and accurately maintain a variety of reports 

●      Update HRS (Human Resource System) compliance records for new and current employees 

●      Update changes to personal information; such as address, phone, email

●      Identify problems or issues of concern in the hiring of employees 

●      Propose changes in procedures and identify problem areas 

●      Perform related duties as assigned 


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

●      High School Diploma or equivalent 

●      One year of HR, onboarding or Credentialing administration in high volume environment required

●      Two years of responsible administrative experience required

●      Ability to type at least 50 net words per minute 

●      Knowledge and ability to work with word processing, spreadsheets, and database systems

●      Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

●      Able to manage multiple priorities and projects

●      Must be able to use office equipment

●      Must have ability to multitask

●      Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
