Goal of the Program

Recruit technical talent to entry-mid level positions
Rotate among IT areas by performing in three roles for eight months each
Be able to pick one of the areas to return to for more development
Create brand recognition at Nevada’s and neighboring states’ colleges

Departments

Rotation within IT: Development, Project Management and Infrastructure

Program Dates

July 2022-July 2024

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in either computer science, electrical electronics, bachelors of science, engineering and/or finance by the start of the program.
Must be in their final year of school (finish in May/June 2022)
GPA: 3.0 or higher

Preferred

Work experience in customer service
Works experience in financial services
Work experience in the consumer credit card industry
