Summary of Overall Requirements
- Be available to work a minimum of 40 hours weekly onsite
- Living in, or be willing to self relocate to the Portland, OR area on a permanent basis
- Have good verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to work within and contribute to a team environment and provide support as a Design Team Member
- Be able to clearly provide verbal support for Electrical design and individual skill set(s)
- Be willing to assist and support other discipline designs when needed
Computer Skill Requirements
- Autodesk AutoCAD 2D Proficient (Requirement)
- Autodesk 3D, Revit and/or Inventor (Requirement)
- Excel-Word-Outlook-365 Proficient
- Proficiency in understanding NFPA 70 and 79
- Proficiency in understanding NEC Class 1, 2 and 3 wiring definitions
- Proficiency required in performing calculations for the following: Distribution Panel Loading, Short Circuit, Voltage Drop, Conduit & Conductor Size, Cable Tray Fill
- Knowledge in the design of Power Circuits and I&C Systems
- Knowledge in Electrical Schematic layouts and Electrical design definitions
- Knowledge in Electrical conduit/cable tray layouts including design definitions
Education Requirements
- High School Grad (Required)
- Degree in Electrical a plus
- Electrical EIT/PE a plus
