Summary of Position:

The Account Coordinator is responsible for assisting the account and project management team with planning and resource management in addition to maintaining budgets, financial records, and contract documentation at the project level.  He/she will also support communication between internal departments and the client and or Subconsultant.  He/she supports project managers and the account management team in performing key job elements.  He/she demonstrates excellent organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills.  He/she can acclimate to a fast-paced, high-volume environment.   

 

Essential Duties:
 

·      Create/maintain planning templates for each client

·      Create/maintain planned budget, resources, and schedule for upcoming and existing projects

·      Assist PM with creating contracts, additional services and subconsultants agreements

·      Coordinate issuing Purchase Orders to the subconsultant with the accounting team

·      Maintain Contract Management tracking for each client to monitor the flow of funding

·      Monitor budgets (Project, Contract management and Purchase Orders) and reconcile as needed

·      Assist PM by providing/creating financial reports for review and analysis

·      Assist PM with the review and analysis of financial reports

·      Review and reconciliation of subconsultant statements

·      Assist PM with new client setup

·      Assist PM with project close out (financial)

·      Assist PM with Electronic Invoicing as needed

·      Assist PM with reconciliation of collection issues

·      Liaison between PM and accounting department

·      Liaison between CSG and Client/Subconsultants

·      Provide General Administrative support as needed

 

Other Duties and Responsibilities:
 

·      Demonstrate a familiarity with clients and contracts across multiple market sectors and aids in    the support of the project coordination team as needed

 

Requirements:
 

·      Experience: 5+ years of project coordinating/accounting experience with an engineering, architecture, or construction firm

·      Education: High school diploma required, college degree preferred
