Club Quarters Application- US

The Director of Marketing will lead B2B (corporate, groups, meetings, travel agents) & Brand Marketing across all client- and guest-facing channels.  More specific responsibilities include:

 

·          Develop a holistic B2B, branding, communications, PR and print marketing strategy and roadmap for B2B2C customer segments (members, corporate, groups, and travel agency, leisure).  You will develop and train the marketing organization.

·         Collaborate with membership/sales leadership team to determine customer segment marketing needs based on competitive assessment, strategic research, and/or benchmark analysis.

·         Create sales enablement tools and marketing materials to empower the membership/sales team

·         Develop digital platforms and marketing tools, and execute online campaigns targeted at Members, Corporate, and Group customer segments

·         Coordinate with hotels and agencies to provide content and signage for hotels

·         Maintain individual brand marketing plan, calendars, and strategy

·         Develop, maintain, and govern brand guidelines, best practices, and standard of procedures

·         Determine and set proper KPIs and metrics, and ROAS benchmarks for all B2B digital channels

·         Provide reporting and analysis on B2B marketing performance and spend ROI

·         Manage, source graphic designers, agencies, photographers, videographers, photoshoot model, vendors for creative

·         Lead, manage and execute B2B and B2C database/email marketing and key communications using Club Quarter’s CRM platform

·         Use of Club Quarter’s CRM platform to support all relevant B2B and B2C goals supporting our travelers, intermediaries, and hoteliers

·         Own Club Quarter’s CRM platform, enhancements, training, and empowerment of all internal stakeholders

·         Manage content on third party B2B sites

·         Coordinate and manage all relevant tasks related to PR, external and internal brand communications, press inquiry requests, trade publication and digital media opportunities

·         Manage B2B and traditional marketing budget

  • Manage CQ loyalty program
