A person in this position develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers primarily by phone to increase sales. Provides support to customers over the phone and may conduct visits as necessary demonstrating superior customer service by processing orders, preparing regular and accurate reporting and fulfilling customer needs to ensure high customer satisfaction. Retains current customers, improves current customer relationships, obtains referrals form current customers, and grows sales volume and profitability with current customers. Generates leads continually. Excellence is demonstrated consistently and process improvements are contributed.
