Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager for Sun Loan Company, you’ll lead and develop a team of Consumer Loan Specialists who are dedicated to elevating customer satisfaction. You’ll have the opportunity to motivate your team to meet branch and company-wide goals. This role is vital to the success of the branch, as well as the success of the entire company.

Position Responsibilities:

• Meet (or exceed) branch and company-wide goals
• Supervise team of Consumer Loan Specialists
• Manage daily office operations and procedures
• Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability
• Lead loan application approval process
• Provide excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures
• Support Tax Preparation, if applicable (varies by location)
• Plan and develop branch growth by networking with the local community and other businesses

Position Requirements:

• Loan industry management experience preferred, or 2-3 years prior management experience from other customer service-focused industries
• Computer skills and ability to operate a calculator
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm; Fridays 8:30-6pm and occasional Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm, additional hours may be required (No Sundays)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
