Broadstep Behavioral Health Inc. is seeking a Qualified Professional to serve as the leader of our treatment team that provides direct clinical care to adults and children in our community based and in-home care programs in North Carolina. This position works closely with other clinical members of a defined team and serves an integral role in the treatment of patients in the behavioral health continuum.

Schedule & Location: (FT/M-F 8am-5pm; Community Based)

 Job Duties:  

• Serving as a Qualified Professional- Intensive In-Home Team
• Providing vocational services to all assigned individuals that meet the quality standards established and meet the individual needs and outcomes which have been identified.
• Ensuring that service environments meet the physical, social and developmental, and safety needs of all participants.

Required Education/Experience: 

• Bachelors in Human Services Field 
• 2 or more years of work related mental health experience post graduation

• Stong Documentation Skills   
• Ability to Analyze Detailed Information
• Strong Verbal Communication Skills

Required License/Credentials:   

• QMHP Preferred
