The qualified candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
  • Managing the retail produce operation and personnel to provide wanted customer produce products that are fresh, available and marketable, while maintaining business objectives for sales, margin and labor efficiency.
  • Ordering, Inventory Control, Receiving, Freshness, Processing/Display/Storage of all department products
  • Supervising staff & maintaining payroll records as required
  • Complying with sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Being able to perform all physical aspects of position including, but not limited to, standing, bending, lifting, squatting, climbing, lifting cases of product for processing
  • Cleaning / sanitizing equipment and processing areas
  • Maintaining a positive and professional relationship with all customers and fellow workers
  • This position is full time with benefits
