Head of Talent Acquisition
Align and develop talent acquisition strategies with key business drivers; with a focus on people management, DE&I, sourcing strategy, data driven decision making and candidate experience
Continually assess business needs and priorities to develop recruiting strategies and programs to identify and address gaps to ensure an ongoing pipeline of diverse talent to fill positions at all levels of the organization globally.
Partner with leaders and People org to strategize and execute on our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion priorities and drive recruiting-related initiatives to support diversity hiring efforts.
Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders and hiring leaders acting as a subject matter expert to recruit, select hires, onboard, and retain high performing talent at all levels.
Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance, to the recruiting team and hiring leaders on selection of most qualified candidates, interviewing best practices, compensation philosophy, offer recommendations and negotiations, and building diverse teams.
Lead a high performing team of recruiters to execute full life cycle recruiting from sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer and onboarding.
Provide ongoing performance management, coaching, and career development for the recruiting team members managed.
Ensure the recruitment process lifecycle is completed in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulatory requirements, while minimizing the time to hire and creating a positive candidate experience.
Continually innovate hiring processes, systems and training necessary to scale and consistently deliver top Talent to the organization timely.
Build talent communities and talent pipelines for critical skill areas and diversity sourcing efforts that yield into hiring outcomes for the business.
Maintain constant awareness of external factors, trends and innovation to maintain competitive advantage in attracting and hiring the best talent.
Partner with marketing on employer branding efforts and strategy for the company.
Partner with finance, analytics and HR Business Partners to refine and manage hiring forecasting capabilities, and reporting on key recruiting metrics to measure team effectiveness and provide data-driven, actionable insights
Experience in managing a team with a strong understanding of talent acquisition, management and development

Education and Experience
10+ years of broad HR experience including talent management, progressive recruiting, and performance management.
Recent experience recruiting in multiple discipline areas and levels, including hiring for nonexempt, exempt and leadership positions.
5+ years leadership experience managing high performing recruiting teams of 5+ recruiters.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Experience in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, as well as conducting open houses and virtual job fairs.
- Experience in working with applicant tracking systems and affirmative action plan requirements.
Ability to successfully work within a remote/virtual environment.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
