This position is accountable for proactively managing deductions to meet metrics through integration with sales and finance partners.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Manages, identifies, analyzes and classifies customer deductions by matching and reviewing customer documents to deductions.
Effectively manages accounts that require research, analysis and identification of account trends and reporting to prevent further deductions.
Maintains customer accounts according to best practices, audit controls, policies and SOP to meet defined customer targets.
Identify and implement innovative solutions through the use of process excellence tools, methodologies and technology.
Drive process improvements that impact deductions management and dashboard metrics.
Communicate the collection of administrative deductions through direct customer contact.
Communicate and present daily updates to appropriate Team Leader.
Complete other related revenue-related act ivies as assigned to support business objectives.
Assists and backs up other leaders and analysts for clients as appropriate.
Completes daily tasks within timelines by appropriately prioritizing multiple tasks within or across projects with minimal direction from management
Exercises appropriate problem solving standards and techniques to identify and understand a problem, analyze and communicate the impact, and bring to a timely resolution
Regular attendance, punctuality and adherence to agreed-upon schedule of availability are conditions of employment and essential function of this position

Hours for this position are 7:30 CST – 4 CST Monday through Friday.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent (HSED, GED) required with 0-2 years business experience required
TECHNOLOGY SKILL BASE
This position requires a working knowledge of computer technology that includes: Windows, PowerPoint, proficient Word, Excel, and AS400.Individuals in this position must possess the ability to learn and understand new software and other technology applications as introduced by the Client and Alta Resources.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest,, proportions and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, musical notes, etc.) in its most difficult phases. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for up to eight hours, and stand. Manual dexterity which allows the individual to use hands to type on a keyboard, use a mouse and write are required, as is the ability to talk, and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
