Licensed Stylist Product Support Sales Consultant / Sales Rep

Come join our Product Support Team for a Top Professional Hair Client where you can assist stylists and consumers with their product knowledge needs via phone, online, email, and chat! 

You will do things like:

·   Consult other stylists on how to use and create new trends and looks

• Educate consumers and stylists on professional salon products
• Support questions and needs to current customers seeking technical product advice

·   Promote website for customers for easy order processing.

·   Troubleshoot with customers over the phone to help them.

·   Upselling on products and programs Wella has to offer.
 

 Qualifications/Requirements for these Roles:

• Cosmetology license and/or background is required.
• Strong desire and passion to help and serve others.
• High level of confidence, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot over the phone to help customers/consumers who may not be tech savvy.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED, HSED) required

·   Proven ability to quickly learn complex program and product knowledge, experience working on a PC, accessing and navigating multiple software  applications in a Windows environment while talking to the customer on the phone via a headset at the same time is required.

·       Seeking availability up to 6:00 pm (Mon-Fri)

·       Incentive opportunities quarterly

 The Hours of Operation are Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
