Who we are looking for:

We are searching for a talented Salesforce Technical Program Manager to join our fun and committed Enterprise Applications team driving innovation and efficiency. You’ll get the chance to lead exciting corporate initiatives bringing together process and technology with Salesforce. Your commitment to removing organizational inefficiencies and maintaining a healthy application environment will play a key role in enabling future growth.

 

Your focus will revolve around management of our Sales, Service, and Marketing CRM programs at ACV while supporting the larger Enterprise Applications team and Salesforce.

 

In short, you’ll be integral to supporting the building of highly scalable business application software and developing innovative solutions for business process automation. Not to mention, you’ll get to impact people in a meaningful way and work with a highly collaborative, passionate group of Product and Tech professionals.

 

What you will do:

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage the program lifecycle via ticket creation and maintenance, escalation, quality testing, and deployment.
  • Drive clear decision making (process, tools, and facilitation) required to balance risk, effort and timelines.
  • Proactively identify and analyze areas of risk and advise project team on solutions and preventative measures relate to our goals and the technical area of the project.
  • Develop compelling stories summarizing our work for a variety of audiences and seek opportunities to disseminate knowledge, key learnings, and products developed.
  • Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context
  • Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
  • Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
  • Facilitate the development of collaborative cross-team dependency solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Guide timely escalation and/or negotiation up the chain when needed.
  • Lead and implement process improvements (change management).
  • Ensure appropriate, regular cadence of communication across all stakeholders.
  • Monitor implementation of individual programs through day-to-day coordination, analysis and review of data, stakeholder discussion, and problem solving.
  • Manages the SDLC process from development through production, ensuring the successful, stable, and controlled transition of new software, updates, and configuration changes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or working equivalent in software administration, development, and management.
  • 2-3 years’ experience as a business analyst or in program management working with Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Experience in Agile Delivery Methodology
  • Experience with frameworks and best practices in Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Knowledgeable on both the declarative and programmatic aspects of the Salesforce.com platform
  • Highly organized, success-driven individual with a “can do” attitude.
  • Ability to organize and communicate technical requirements and ideas with team members of various technical experience.
  • Clear communication style that exudes executive presence and confidence, proficient in English both written and oral
  • Proven track record of successful delivery in a highly ambiguous environment
  • Preferred:
    • BS/MS in Business Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field
    • Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds
    • Experience in a technology company a plus.
    • Experience interfacing with business and technical teams.

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 annually. Please note that final compensation will be determined based upon the applicant's relevant experience, skillset, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.
