The Wistar Institute has an opening for a highly motivated Post-Doctoral Fellow to join the laboratory of Dr. Joseph Salvino whose research focus is in the areas of synthetic organic chemistry, bioorganic chemistry, and chemical biology focused on medicinal chemistry with research projects in oncology, inflammation, and neuroscience therapeutic areas.

 

A PhD in synthetic organic chemistry and/or medicinal chemistry and 1-3 years of post-PhD experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in methods development or total synthesis and extensive laboratory experience as demonstrated by peer-reviewed publications.
